SARDAR RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Gujarat

If you're around the airport road side area and are craving for some good Punjabi food, this is the restaurant to go to.

Although their menu may not have as many items as you may be used to seeing in some Punjabi restaurants, it does have a number of tasty dishes you can try out.

This being mostly a Punjabi restaurant and me wanting to try out their traditional dishes, I went for Paneer Tikka and Plain Naan (I'd love to have tried the butter naan if my health permitted) which tasted as delicious as I expected. Portion size was generous.

Service was prompt, polite, and quick.

They do accept card payments which is a nice thing.

Really amazing food and hospitality. Fantastic experience. They can improve more by having background songs and some paintings on wall or some abstract background. Although other things are really amazing and good. Excellent south indian food.

Updating this review: visiting it for many times and its the same excellent quality food and polite behaviour of staff. Still its an advice to improve visual appearance of restaurant as it requires some fancy type of interior. People like capturing photos of food and restro and post it on snap and insta. We have tried food 2 times here, both times the food was delicious in comparison with other restaurants nearby in this area.

My last experience here was, we have ordered food as per our capacity to eat, but due to Very hot conditions outside we can't eat whole food (Sabji), so we asked them to carry out rest food, and staff says yes we will give u in good packing, and finally we have paid our bill and take our parcel. We didn't check that time but when we reached home and checked about the condition of the food, it was all food waste because they packed it in a paper...
