Staff is too worst. Especially the lady on the reception behaves like you are beggar and asking room for free. I booked room for seven days. On arrival i made entry saying I need room for 3 days with my mom dad, and after that I will continue room for more four days on single bed service. They accepted the offer. On 4th day the lady on reception called me and told that you have to vacate the room now,We have other bookings. I said I booked room for seven days, which was not over. She said we will make refund, but vacate the room. After arguments i have given 1 day to vacate the room. And thus thing happened with 4 more employees of s&p global. Staff is excessively rude. I have tied the board do not clean the room. And informed same to receptionist. Then also they have cleaned my room, pack my bags too(they touch my personal belongings without my prior permission). For one day there was no light on 2nd floor. Lights in room weer not working well. They just have AC room. And for that while one day AC was not running. They don't provide fans in room for emergency or for suffocation. I have got the worst experience of my life in this hotel. And I want to mention one thing. The watchman over there is too much helping in nature. I mean that. I know hotel authorities don't care about the customer but I hope other people will get idea. Read moreWorst hotel ever. The service is so bad that you can not compare with anything. My company gave me accomodation in this hotel. the rooms have horrible ventilation. Some bathrooms do not have exhaust fan. If you set AC at 26, the moisture inside the room builds up so much it starts to drip water from ceiling, all walls and floor gets super slippery and wet. My wifi is not working in the room, but in the reception it works. The staffs are not even bothered to check the floor or my room to see what is causing the problem. I have come to reception and work from here only. I am writing the comment from reception only. On top of all that, the food is weird. Most of the items in breakfast are not made properly and found soggy all the time. Then in lunch and dinner they only know paneer in veg menu. Worst experience ever. Read moreI have booked this hotel a many times in past but this was the last time.||The manager and front office people are having some attitude problem and they don't know how to talk with guest. There was just 1 mistake that I selected a wrong date. I requested them to change date but they denied. I was not asking for cancellation. Just a date change but the manager bluntly said no it is not possible. Even Goibibo support team said that if hotel will allow we will change the dates. But people at hotel denied it.||Feels like they are not getting enough bookings so just hungry for money. When I clearly said I don't want to cancel but just instead of Tuesday make it Wednesday the manager denied.
