Its a disgrace to Hyatt n 5star rating. I dont know how did it get a 5 start rating. Rooms are tiny no way as per 5 star standards. 4 night i stayed with my father. The first impression in the room was when we picked a glass from Mini bar compartment. It was dirty as if someone had used and kept uncleaned. Next when i asked for a Hot kettle/flask which i usually use for hot water for night time drinking they said they where arranging and they kept arranging for 4 further nights. The bathroom shower was not functioning i dint bother to complain as i was already so disappointed. The 2nd day evening we returned late and the floor n carpet were not clean and full for dust. My father being an asthma patient i complained and it was cleaned the next day. The morning breakfast was also a hell of experience... The service is pathetic. The staffs are trained for a road side motel n not 5 star property. They are so confused i dont know what to write. On 3rd day we kept a meeting with lunch with few biz delegates. And that was also pathetic. Food taste n quality is ok not upto standards but service was a serious problem. We where the only guest for lunch but the could not take the order also properly. The person who took the order sends someone else to inform that the item we ordered is not available. Irony we didn't order that item. .. lol.. Some goodies is that to make for room cleaning they send some complimentary fruits to my room. But then at night when i asked for a knife to cut the apple they said they dont have one... I was super duper laughing.. on check out the person i think the duty manager did have the courtesy to ask me what was my experience. I shared n to compensate that he waived a bill for food 1700/-odd. Dear Hyatt pls read my review and dont play with guests who seek comfort and pay huge hard earned money.
