Terrible Experience at TeaPost Ahmedabad
Rating: âď¸
I recently visited TeaPost in Ahmedabad, and I must say it was a truly disappointing experience. The biggest issue I faced was the complete lack of respect and equality in how customers are treated.
I had chosen a seat and settled in to do some work on my laptop. However, to my surprise, the staff approached me and told me to move to a different seat. When I inquired why, their response was far from courteous. They insisted that I move to an uncomfortable seat that didn't have access to a plug point, despite my clear request for a comfortable spot with an electrical outlet.
The staff's behavior was nothing short of rude and dismissive. It's disheartening to see such a lack of respect for customers' comfort and needs. The experience left me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a patron.
TeaPost needs to seriously reconsider its customer service approach and strive for fairness and respect towards every customer. I would caution anyone considering a visit to TeaPost in Ahmedabad to think twice before subjecting themselves to such an unpleasant experience. There are plenty of other establishments in the area that are more deserving of your...

Details: The reason for 1 star is because we entered at 9:30am in morning and ordered Chai with Poha. I'm sharing photos of two different poha they prepared. Now, you'll surprised to see difference in colour. That's not why I gave 1 star. Though the poha was same it's just masala might have been added in different quantity for the look. But the main reason for 1 star was that IT WAS NOT ORIGINAL AND FRESH.
It tasted like plastic; like a gum; hard to digest. I hope you got the point how it tastes. We asked them to prepare again but it was not cooking fault, rather the quality of Poha used by them was totally pathetic.
Never ever come to this place. Tea Post at Pakwan and The Desi Cafe Tea Post near Taj Hotel serves best Chai and Poha and almost all products well cooked.
Don't know if food should be different with different franchise owner or should be same. Cause I don't have clue. Though I'm never going to go back again here...
Read moreThe place itself is quite basic, without any particular flair or uniqueness in its ambiance. It feels more like a casual stop rather than somewhere you'd go out of your way to visit.
One major downside was the serviceâit was notably slow. Despite the place not being very crowded during my visit, I had to wait longer than expected for my order. This definitely impacted the overall experience.
As for the food and drinks, they were decent but nothing stood out. I tried a couple of items, including the tea, which was okay but didnât leave much of a lasting impression.
On the positive side, the pricing is quite reasonable, so you won't feel like you're overpaying. However, given the slow service and the basic nature of the place, I wouldnât recommend Tea Post unless you're looking for a quick, inexpensive option without high...
