Pathetic service from hotel specailly jaskarn mishabehave in front of 4 people
We stayed for 15 day for business purpose 5- 6 rooms daily regular visitors for office work. Got good treatment at starting but as our stay continues service got worst
Sheets were not changed daily Dental kits not avialble, no soap refill , housekeeping 7 ,139 never picked calls have to call reception to route Got old dirty towels. Many issue on last 4 5 days Which leads to check out of all our room
As they got big bookings All room service were forgetten Last left was misbehavaving
We settled all our due as its all company paid and same confirmed from Person at reception jaskarn.
After that we went to our vechile he came and stopped from boarding our vechile stating your 1 room payment is pending we asked how it can be as we cleared same from you
resturant also no amount is pending. We asked how much amount 53rs we asked for details for which date he does not know about it and he went to bikanervala and came afterwards stating no payement is pending he kept us on hold for 53 Rs which lastly he said no payement was there. I asked for senior person who is looking after this hotel his response was i am manager here no manager here. And mail if you want to or call I dont want to spoil my morning you can leave.
We asked if this was the case why have not checked properly before checkout and now you publicly made us come back from outside of hotel other room guest was also checking in and moving move what will be shame for us He lastly said qoute (subhah subhah da time h mood na kharab mera app jaa rhe ho to jao apna time bhi maat kharab karo koi nhi h yahan pe mail karo)

Read morePlease don’t ever visit this hotel... I am in a travelling job and seen almost all the small and big hotels... this one is worst... ||||In terms of:||1. Arrangements- We had to made our own bed and only thing given was a bed sheet. We didn’t get blankets, pillows and toiletries.||2. They have no staff to support the customers and keep telling that staff is untrained so not able to assist you.||3. Payment system- I haven’t seen anywhere in India, hotels asking for the full payment at the time of check in but they do.||4. There is no soap in soap dispensers, no soap bar or any toiletry in the bathroom.||5. Already used brushes are packed again for further use of next guest.||6. They don’t provide mineral water bottles, some random water filled bottles were there which I don’t know since when?||7. The epic was our mid night: we checked in around 10:45 and kept asking for bedsheets, soaps, blankets and the pillows till 01:45 along with other guests who were facing the same problem.||||8. Read moreGood hotel. Clean and comfortable. You have tea coffee kettle in the room. A small empty fridge and ice box for use by the boarders. However, there is no cupboard for storage in the rooms. One can hang clothes in the hanging rod provided. Bathrooms don't have shampoo or soap or hand towel. There is liquid soap for hand wash though. Carry your toothpaste and toothbrush, shaving kit if you opt for Leo Fort. Bikaner restaurant is attached with the hotel for complimentary breakfast. One can choose one item to eat and one beverage for breakfast. If you wish to order food online, you have to collect it from the delivery boy yourself from outside the hotel entrance. Else you can order food from the restaurant. The parking space accomodates some 10 vehicles, including for the restaurant visitors. There is provision for valet parking, which we haven't checked.
