Hotel Imperial Executive — Hotel in Punjab

My parents and I visited India in December 2012-January 2013, and spent the first three nights at the Imperial Hotel in Ludhiana. The hotel is attractive and comfortable, with large rooms and an excellent buffet breakfast each morning. The only downside was that as there were three of us, we had asked either for a suite, or for an additional bed to be brought into the room. There were no rooms in the hotel with more than one bed in them (not even a sofa-bed, although all rooms had sitting areas), and the "additional bed" that was provided amounted to a 2 inch pallet mattress that was placed directly on the cold marble floor to sleep on. In hindsight, I'd recommend reserving the same number of rooms as you want to have beds (the standard beds were large and comfortable). The rooms themselves are not expensive, and it would have been worth it to have a real bed.

Service was mostly good, but we had some panic on our last morning, as the car that the hotel arranged to take us to the railway station arrived more than half an hour later than we had ordered it, and than it had been promised. In fact, we ended up arriving in plenty of time, but we had a very nervous thirty minutes while we were uncertain whether we'd make our train.

Complimentary wifi and hot water were mostly reliable and consistent, and the staff was friendly...

I used to stay here from 2015-17. And now I come here again. I stayed for 3 nights and chosen my stay with breakfast and dinner. I had very worst experience .. there was no food in breakfast.. same on 2nd day , no buffet. For dinner u get repeated items in Thaki which is bad in taste.. 3rd day I got omelette in breakfast and that’s bcaz I told everyone and complaint about their worst room service and food experience. Mostly stafff is not bothered for customer disappointment. In fact my another friend was coming and I recommy him to go in another hotel.. it was really bad experience of living in this hotel.. 3 years back it was one of the good hotel of Ludhiana but no more. I ordered paneer chilli and it was bad.. paneer was so hard. In dinner same paneer. I told the stafff but they don’t care. I didn’t pay paneer chilli bill

I took deluxe room. Giving 2 star for room quality only other wise...

Worst management They are theaves they steal the items when you are not in the rooms ... As in they call it the room service... One incident took place with me just today itself The room service person took all the snacks that I bought from my expense and left at the time I was not there in the room they called this the room service.. I called the person and asked him where are my snacks he was answer less after that suddenly he came back after a while with snacks packets with wet packets I asked him again from where he bought the packets .. He answered me " FROM THE DUSTBIN " And served me the the packets which he bought from the dustbin... This the value of the customer in this hotel... Do not visit this hotel any more in any...
