The room a/c was not working that led to suffocation. The washroom had no water supply in the morning due to which none of us took bath and faced difficulties also they were stinking throughout the day. The room was not properly cleaned and there was dust on the bedside tables. The curtains were falling from the panes. The dining hall was not operational so the tables were laid in a room with 3 tables only due to which guests were made to wait till the tables were vacated by other guests having breakfast. We were not informed in advance that the in house kitchen facilities could not be availed in the entire day and night and only breakfast was provided. We had to get food from outside. Since we had young kids we faced a lot of trouble. The repair work in the hotel was going on and the material was being carried from the reception area and the passage used by the guests which created a lot of chaos.
