I think the only plus point for this place is the location. I had a terrible experience in this property. I booked them through agoda and the day I reached, they mentioned they didn’t receive any booking from agoda. However instead of helping me, the lady (Kanchan) over call (number provided by agoda) said we don’t take booking from agoda (straight lies just to get rid of me). Then Mr Tiwari (property manager) said he cannot do anything. I was like wow and planned to call police to sort out matters as I had already paid. Upon knowing this they called agoda and sorted the matter. Management is bunch of clowns I would say as no one has a clue what’s going on in that property.
Washroom and bathing area is side by side and too congested. Rooms are big and had everything needed.
But I had a real bad experience and No to bedchambers forever.
If they had told me to wait and given me a check in on seeing my confirmation booking and then tried to sort it out, I would have appreciated but management sucks. They just tried...

Once I booked a 2 BHK room and on the same day they said they don't have rooms there, they asked me to go to the other property, when I reached that property they were unaware of my arrival and said we don't have any room. They kept us waiting for almost 2.5 hours. We checked in the room at 4.30 pm. Also, there they said you all will have to talk slowly, as there are patients. We completely respected that. Read moreThis hotel chain is truly a specimen of unethical customers service practice. they would blacklist customers when someone questions their incompetence and then cancel booking at the end moment when try to book a room with them. So, I booked a room with them, and they shifted us to some other place because they did not have the booked room which was a inconvenience at the least and then when we questioned them and pointed out their incompetence they blacklisted all the numbers we used to call them. again when i booked a room with them I confirmed it from their customer care and then in the morning they cancelled the booking by calling and saying that parties are not allowed so we are cancelling. Spoiled the whole day and all the plans. Whoever is running this business just wants to satisfy their personal vendetta and make the customer suffer.
