On my recent visit i could see the changes very well visible in the outlet upkeep and renovation. Much better than the last time with a better communicating staff members too. Pizza was nice but beverages on Tap are not as per the standards the colour was very light ( Pepsi looked a lightly brewed tea) pic attached. Even the staff agreed to us and changed it to Mirinda. I think Fountain beverages need a lot if quality maintenance so as to get the perfectly consistent quality. I’m sure they will work on it . Wishing the best

I think delivery is always better as you don’t get a chance to see the apathy of the outlet. I went in a few days back, the outlet was empty with just 2 tables occupied and the place is quite big for that matter. Their was nobody to from the staff available for a long time to speak to or ask for anything, I’m sure their short staffed and everyone manly be 2 proper were busy in the kitchen.

Tables were not wiped clean as the floor was full of dirty napkins and filth.

As I had a kid with me and she was adamant to have a pizza , I had to finally order. But the dishes in which they serve and the base which is made up of cork/cardboard used as coasters for the pizza pan was filthy dirty and sticky.

A brand like Pizza Hut and this sad state of affairs is a mismatch altogether. It’s high time the company does...

I hosted my son's birthday party there and I ended up being very very disappointed by their services. I was asked asked to book both the halls for 34-40 guests as per covid norms which I booked....but we were provided with only one guy on floor for serving...in both halls...and who was also often busy dispensing zomato take aways... It was a total mess. Me and my husband were busy serving food most of the time. Totally opposite to what they promised as a brand at the time of booking....they did not even provide plates to eat... everything was served on tissues until we interrupted sternly No cake table decorations inspite of multiple requests. I will never ever recommend it to anyone for hosting parties...Did not expect this from a old brand...

This is Pizza Hut's biggest outlet in terms of space. We organised our son's birthday party for a gathering of some 60 people including kids here and opted for their combos. One combo is sufficient for 4 and includes soft drinks, appetizers, pizza and choco lava cake. But one should better be careful about the billing as the staff clubbed the total servings and billed us even for desserts which were but served. We also missed seeing it in the bill and ended up paying extra. Though we have now been promised that we can collect the desserts whenever for which we were wrongly billed, but the extra charge can't be returned. So a big lesson for all those planning the parties to be extra cautious. Overall, the experience was great and it's highly...
