Bellmore Stayz — Hotel in Gurugram District

Eveything from the start. I booked it from oyo paid in advance as i was aware of oyo scam where they charge extra when u reach since i paid i chked the room was different completely which was there in the pictures completely pathetic reception guy was so rude becoz i paid in advance no refund. It was dirty so small they turned on the ac with jhadu in front of me no tv one almirah which was filled i guess with their own clothes said they dont have any other room so refund was out of question as another user wrote they are chargin for water bottle food cant order from outside loser whn u cant change the room why cant i order from outside. Totally not recommended bad service bad room quality. Receptionist was arrogant said do whatevr u want to do write review we dont care. I stayed there for 6 days and everything went smoothly except for the last day. On the last day they asked me to change my room. Because of some space issues. One more incident I want to highlight is that the Night manager who was there, asked me to pay for the 7th day which was my check out day, he told me some calculation and told me that it's a general hotel policy. But when I told him that I will pay after the owner will say so ( because at the time of check-in the owner only showed me the room and told me the price I have to pay on the basis of my check out day). So I went to talk with the owner there we have again calculated and everything got settled ( I didn't have to pay for the checkout day as well), not sure if that thing with the night manager was intentional or he was...

First of all photos they will share or showing in application is not completely same, other thing, staff is not good, no food facilities available, you cant order food from hotel, others thing if you order from outside they will not provide you full cutlery, my friend booked 5 rooms there order breakfast bread toast, when we ate toast it was stinky and they toast the bread with oil, we didn't eat any of it, and complaint to there reception but they said you have to pay for it, its is our fault we order toast, other thing staff regularly disturb you by roaming around your rooms with egoistic behaviour, i dont recommend any one to stay there, they should change there staff completely, if they will not this hotel will...
