I recently used World Express Courier to send a package to my son in Canada from Delhi, and it was a complete disaster. They initially quoted a clear price, but when the package arrived, I was shocked to find a hefty customs fee around 45-50$ that I had never been informed about. The courier guy who delivered the parcel was blackmailing for custom fee or else the parcel will be moved back . After several follow-ups, I discovered that nothing could be done to resolve the issue.
