Disappointing Experience at Bloom hotel sector 38 Gurgaon: Unhygienic, Unprofessional, and Unethical Practices

I recently had the misfortune of staying at bloom hotel Gurgaon, and my experience was marred by unhygienic conditions, unprofessional staff, and unethical practices.

Unhygienic Conditions Upon checking into my room, I was shocked to find a liquor bottle and dust covering the furniture. The next day, a dirty mop was left on the window sill, indicating a lack of cleaning protocols.

Unprofessional :- This hotel failed to meet basic standards of professionalism. Despite displaying booking numbers, no one attended to me. The staff never confirmed my ETA, contrary to their brand standards. The Coromandel cafe staff was particularly uncooperative, claiming they were a third-party vendor and had no connection with the hotel. Laundry timing mentioned on the slip is at 11 AM and delivery timing is 1:30 PM but when I compliant about my laundry delivery staff told you should have given us laundry at 7:30 AM . But this is not there duty to pass on such information to the client as laundry is also 3rd party. Nice shortcut to blame others. Unethical Practices:- The hotel charged me an additional ₹1700 after checkout, citing "dynamic pricing" as the reason. This is unacceptable, as I had made my booking prior to the price change. The hotel's defense of this practice is equally disturbing. It's clear that they prioritize profits over customer satisfaction. But how is going to teach them dynamic pricing is applicable before booking and not after the booking. Purely unethical practice and surprisingly they are defending there mistake as well. Please...

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Bloom Hotel near Medanta Hospital. The hotel is spotless, modern, and very thoughtfully designed — every detail, from the cozy rooms to the vibrant interiors, makes you feel comfortable and at ease. The location is unbeatable, especially if you need to be close to Medanta, and yet the hotel has such a calm and welcoming vibe that you instantly feel at home.

A special mention has to go to Rishav at the front desk. He is an absolute gem — warm, charming, and incredibly helpful. From the moment I arrived, he made check-in seamless and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. His professionalism paired with his genuinely friendly nature left a lasting impression. It’s rare to come across someone who makes hospitality feel so personal, and Rishav truly embodies that spirit.

The food at the restaurant was delicious, the housekeeping was impeccable, and the overall service was top-notch. Every staff member I interacted with had a smile and a “can-do” attitude, which really elevated the entire experience.

My wife and I stayed at Bloom Hotel, Gurgaon, Medicity, while receiving medical treatment at Medanta Hospital nearby. The experience was excellent overall.

The staff truly made a difference in our stay. Manager Visarjan Ahlawat was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. At the front desk, Muskan Gupta always greeted us warmly and was consistently helpful. Sanjeet, from room servicing, showed great kindness throughout our visit. In the restaurant, Coramandel, Rohit and Rosie spent the most time with us, ensuring we were comfortable. We even met the restaurant’s owner, who went out of her way to satisfy our admittedly “picky” tastes, which we deeply appreciated.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall environment was welcoming. The only minor drawback was that the in-room refrigerators could have been a little cooler.
