Hotel O Green Residency Near Appu Ghar — Hotel in Gurugram District

Absolutely horrible.This place is a dump. On check-in, I observed that the the room was unclean and had stained bedsheets. The cupboard had dust and the windows were all covered with black paper so as to not allow any sunlight inside.Brought it to front desk's attention and despite multiple reminders, across multiple days, nothing happened. Asked for additional soap/shampoo on the 3rd day and the front desk lied that it was in the room. The towels are worse than the rags that you would use in your own homeThe location itself is right next to the Jharsa road and with a lot of construction going around, you can expect non-stop from noise very early, around 5:00AM to very late in the night.The place has a policy of not allowing outside food and their own overpriced, inhouse kitchen food is junk. The free breakfast is a joke as you are only allowed to have Poha and a cup of re-heated, super-super sweet cup of tea (3-4 spoons of sugar in one cup)Asking for anything at this place is like pulling teeth. Non-functional Dish TV (due to nkon-payment), cigarette butts behind the bathroom sink, filthy/unclean rooms seem top be the norm at this place.The staff is pretty unhelpful. The guys coming for room delivery don't seem to be interested in getting out of the room.This is not a family friendly place as you have weird folks assembled at the front desk most of the time. Doesn't even remotely resemble the reception to a hotel. I do not recommend this place to anyone and would not stay here ever again even if it was offered for free. I had shared my review with OYO and the rep seemed to acknowledge most of these issues. The place needs to be shut down

Response to OYO/Owner (15/9/2019) I see that OYO has a boilerplate template as its response to all such complaints. As an FYI, I had shared my feedback with the OYO CSR a couple of days after checking out. The CSR acknowledged my concerns and also seemed to agree with a few of those complains indicating that OYO was aware of similar type of complaints from other guests. The fact that I am being asked to share my concerns AGAIN, based on the google review, tells me that nothing was logged in the first place and all this concern about OYO escalations etc is hogwash....

It was worst stay in this hotel.. When I checked in I saw room was not clean, there was water all over on floor..and no towel, no soap in the washroom..I got really upset after seeing the staff behaviour was not professional. Also experience worst experience of breakfast, they gave us raw breads with tea in really dirty tray.. They don't have any other options in breakfast. And after asking that if they have any other option they gave us answer "yhi h Jo Hain. Khana h to Khao". I really got shocked with there reply..and when I told them I will complain oyo.. then again they gave me beautiful reply "Haan Kr lo Jo krna hai".

So it was very pathetic experience and i am never gonna stay in any of the oyo property in future because I don't feel that oyo properties are safe to stay specially...

Very bad experience. Weird people sitting at reception. No reception etiquettes. Delay in checkin process. Behaviour not upto the mark. Room very dirty. Smelling of cigarettes. Washroom dirty. Linen dirty. Unauthorised attempts at entering room!!! Not once but 4-5 times!!!! Outside food not allowed, they won’t give u plates and spoons!!!! During checkout, receptionist making weird gestures and smirking. Tv not working but...
