Reliance SMART Superstore — Local services in Gurugram District

This place feels like something that aged with me. The store was inaugurated quite after I moved to sector-15 when various small stores and street vendors had the price monopoly over everything from groceries to vegetables. Offering reasonable prices and being in the heart of sector-15, it gained popularity quickly attracting customers not only from the nearby societies and households but also from other nearby sectors. At first it provided the usual groceries, kitchen items, fresh vegetables and milk and other things. This not only lead to decline of price monopoly of vendors but shut down of many such stores.

Being at heart and after years of profit, they recently decided to expand this store by not only adding another floor but also a basement parking for people coming from longer distance. They also increased their range of brand products available and started providing other home appliance services.

NOW TO THE REAL REVIEW : My satisfaction as a customer - 4/5 Payment Methods Available - 5/5 (Accept cash, card and mobile wallets) Employee response - 4/5 Environmental - 5/5 (provide green bags at a reasonable price or you can carry your own) Product Availability - 4/5 Product Freshness - 5/5 This store as of now is a complete option for daily home grocery, vegetables and appliances. And if you wish to see its real success, visit it on Weekends and see the long customer queues with trolleys full of variety of products.

OVERALL REVIEW...

Today, while i shop, one of their Billing employee Mukesh Kumar (60293056) has abused/ragging by yelling loudly to a new joinee"female" coworker and i thought it was just a employee to employee chat but when i got out from the store, i saw that lady crying!, i went there and get Mukesh to say sorry to her but instead of feel sorry, he said i didn't say anything, (why would she will cry then, ask him?). Few minutes later, their senior employee Mr. Sandeep Kumar (5300918) came and instead of telling mukesh to say sorry to her, he sent back mukesh to billing counter (as their one billing counter stop! because of this) and even worst , he starts questioning to her, why didn't you come to me?. Guys if you belive in 'Women empowerment', 'Beti bachao, beti padhao', Please don't shop here!

Also, that lady was so intelligent that she stopped me from complaining to police, Shout-out to her!

If any reliance management see this, please take some action to avoid this misbehave! to...

They recently named it Reliance Smart thus adding more products and making it bigger. They launched the new store and promoted it in a big way. BUT THE EXPERIENCE WAS TOO BAD....THEY OPENED THE STORE BUT THERE US NO PROPER CONDITIONING IN THE STORE. NO AC WAS WORKING. HOW CAN ONE SHOP AROUND IN SUCH A STORE. IF THAT IS THE CASE THEN WHY TO ENTER SUCH STORE AND WHY NOT BUY FROM LOCAL RETAIL STORE. JUST BECAUSE THEY HAD GREAT DEALS, THEY FEEL IT IS NOT IMPORTANT TO GUVE COMFORT TO CUSTOMERS!! REALLY FELT SO DISAPPOINTED. I CAN'T LET MY LITTLE KIDS TO SWEAT AROUND JUST BECAUSE THEY HAVE GREAT...
