Recently I visited the place for a quick breakfast take away and saw the lethargic staff at north indian counter cribbing over orders. I even saw a staff member complaint about giving extra sabji saying "itney main hi kaam chalao" I mean the behavior was negligible and I even saw huge containers filled with kachodis and samosas which were already prepared before hand that means as soon as an online order came he just picked them up the stale ones and packed it. That means there was no fresh preparation. However, I ordered choley bhaturey and it the best part I could see the food was ready but no one wanted to pack it and hand over the delivery to me. My dad asked three four times and still the north indian counter guy kept saying "han de raha- han de raha hun" people kept lining up. He even dropped a packed halwa container and it kept lying on the ground like that. The working staff was not good neither in behavior nor in their code of conduct. The thing is that, due to people depending on swiggy and zomato no one actually visits the restaurant themselves and thus, no one knows how much of stale food they are eating and how poorly they have packed our foods. Another thing, a swiggy guy came in with an order and this north Indian counter guy who handles delivery said khana hai ya pack karna hai and the face he made assuming that the swiggy guy wants to eat it here my God. I would never want someone to pack my food with auch disgrace and unwillingly. Very very disappointed with Om Sweets especially, sector 31 branch. I have had food from many of their outlets and was very excited to visit them but the reality shattered all my appreciation for them. P.s. Read moreI recently purchased 3 kg of Channa Dry Fruit Burfi from Om Sweet Sector 31, Gurugram outlet. While waiting for my order, I decided to have dhokla with my guest. I paid for two plates of dhokla but was only served one. Upon requesting the second plate, their staff asked for the billing slip, and although I offered to settle the difference immediately, my request was denied.
I provided feedback to Ms. Babita, suggesting that, to improve the customer experience, your staff should consider alternatives such as scanning the bill at the table or allowing the customer to settle the payment after finishing their meal, as seen at other establishments. Unfortunately, her response was unprofessional and dismissive, stating, “Tumse suggestion ki jarrurat nahi hai.” When I reverted then she started more disrespectful arguments.
This experience has raised concerns about the level of training of their staff receive, as well as potential issues with hygiene and overall customer service. Based on this interaction, I am hesitant to visit again and felt it necessary to bring this matter to Om Management’s attention.

There are many key items which wet my taste buds even while I'm writing this, channa bhatura, matar kulcha, chana kulcha... ok ok, I won't list out the whole menu here..but I hope you got what I'm saying. Price is kinda ok, its rising day by day, but that is something we can't control. From food items point of view no complaints at all. However from ambiance and infrastructure point of view, it does not really sounds like a premier restaurant, like I won't consider taking my office team out for lunch here. However personally with family, its sort of ok. There is an underground basement for seating facility, again not a very shinny but Ok types arrangement. This restaurant has become more of a Common Man's common place to visit, even though the prices are not so common, but hey this is Gurgaon, the standard of common man is much higher here right ? :)
