Housr Sec 57 — Hotel in Gurugram District

very bad experience at housr 57 No Standardization of Rates.. People who bargain a lot are gives Rooms at cheaper prices... High variance in Rent of same rooms Room Quality is really bad vs the prices they are charging there is no such thing as customer support.. Resident managers only care about Rent and are deaf to concerns.. ironically there is no customer support as well. concerns are resolved only after escalations to senior teams and that too takes weeks/ months Food Quality is really bad.. They make you eat cold Rotis as they dont even have any plate to heat Roti in microwave White bread are served.. Strange because even road side vendors serves Atta bread in todays time.. God knows what Quality of Raw material is being used There is Refrigerator on alternate floors, which serves to more than 40 tenants.. Really cheap facilities by Housr as even PG's give...

Very bad service. So bad that my sister calls me everyday and cries !! and causes stress. hence I am here to share what I have heard and seen. They said laundry goes and comes two days - sundays and Wednesdays . I have on Sunday and guess what it came on Thursday night. The electricity used to get cut 2-3 times a day after 5 days of my stay out of 7 - whatever reason you give idc . I have told you 3-4 times .
