Ok sports fans...so I traveled to India for the first time EVER last month and I was traveling on a TIGHT BUDGET. Traveling without being able to splurge on a nice luxury hotel $$$$$ was a tough pill for me to swallow. When I began my research, I found out very quickly the Gurgaon area has MANY options. What really caught my attention (right away) was that the property only offered a vegetarian menu. (NO SMOKING EITHER) About a year ago, I made some lifestyle changes to improve my health and overall wellbeing. I booked my hotel thru Expedia.com however that was unnecessary. I could have easily booked direct via the hotel website which I have visited. Upon my arrival the check-in was quick, I was received with kindness and the room was ready. ON THE FIRST EVENING, I was expecting to go downstairs for the dinner service around 8pm. The GM of the property (Anil Shukla ji) observed how tired I appeared earlier that day (clearly still recovering from my procedure). He had enough foresight to have the food brought upstairs to my room without me asking. At first, I was being somewhat distant or perhaps nervous about my new surroundings BUT I quickly became comfortable with the entire staff. I was treated with GREAT CARE and patience as if I was staying with family. They say there is nothing like a home cooked meal... well let me tell you it felt like every night was a wonderful home cooked meal to assist me with my recovery (healing) time. The following next few days, I began chatting with Anil around the early afternoon (over coffee and/or tea) and then going upstairs to take a nap so I could continue resting. Eventually I met the owners of the property who are 2 brothers, and they were gracious enough to invite me into their office for friendly social conversation. Hotel Keshav really does feel like a residency!!! They understand the needs of their guests and are willing to accommodate you to keep you happy and smiling. They are no stranger to visitors from the U.S. staying at their property and I noticed that several guests are actually repeat customers. During my time staying here, HOTEL KESHAV became my home away from home. I say this with much confidence - when I return to Gurgaon (India) in the future, it is my desire to stay here again. Thank you, my friends, for helping me to enjoy the time during my first...

Read moreSuman Sharing my feedback about the event we held on 30th Nov 2024. We chose to work with you again because our first event was a great experience. However, this time, things didn't go as smoothly. Unfortunately, there was a lack of management from your end. We had to follow up repeatedly with the staff, who often claimed they weren't informed about details. Although the decoration was good, there were no flowers on the tables as we had requested. Additionally, we asked for a balloon pillar with the number 8, but only the "8" was there, and the staff was unwilling to assist with any setup changes. During the cake cutting, there was no one to support us—no tissue paper, and no staff to help distribute the cake. My husband and I had to manage it all ourselves. We hold events externally so we can enjoy them, but we only manage each and everything. And whenever I asked about you they all are like wo to chali gayi, wo decoration ke liye ati thi yha par. Moreover, the biggest issue was when our guests arrived. Large garbage bags were placed at the entrance, and we had to request their removal. Suman, this time, we felt let down. We had paid in full at the beginning because we trusted you based on our past experience. My husband, was particularly upset with how things turned out. Finally, the food was good but service was not up to the mark. Naans and rotis were not served properly; they weren't hot and were not presented in an appropriate manner. Without onion vegetable was not served. And last and final that you were not their entire event, which was really unprofessional from your side. My whole amount is totally waist this time.. You really disappoint...
