OYO Sri Ram Hotel & Restaurant Near Leisure Valley Park — Hotel in Gurugram District

First we were given a room where there was no AC n water heater, but the hotel staff changed the room immediately. The rooms were average n small with broken furniture. The worst part was when we checked out of the hotel, the staff which came to take our bags denied us to carry our luggage. We requested to help and told him that we will miss our train on which he replied that 'main kya karu chutegi to!!' (what should I do if u miss the train!!).|I believe this is a new hotel but the hotel's ambience speak so also the staff...

Everything was fine and staff very helpful.

Only thing i felt bad is l put my very costly icecream in freezer and told staff to give it to me after an hour. But later i checked the freezer was switched off and my all icecream melted.

Also the towel provided was not clean as it looked sm1 had used it to clean the shoes.

Pls take care of such things to gain customer...
