It is the worst place to go for Sweets in Gurgaon. Honestly, I have been living in Gurgaon since my birth, and in these 25 years, there has never been any time that I can remember that I was happy to visit Rewari Sweets. The worst thing about the shop is their customer service. There are around 5-6 people on the counters to attend to the customers but almost all of them show zero respect towards customers. Most of the time it has happened, that you would keep shouting for your orders but nobody would listen to you, they just keep talking with each other and ignore the customers. Also, the tone with which they talk to the customers is so rude. I remember, during Holi 2024, I was going to Sadar Bazar with my mother, and though I was reluctant (because I know how bad Rewari Sweets really is) but my mother almost begged me to get some Gujiyaas so I gave in. It was the same, I kept on calling for someone to listen but every single one of them were either looking at their phones or talking with each other. That very time, an elderly couple arrived and they said they needed to buy around 10 Kgs of sweets so they wanted to get a tasting before they could buy. The man on the counter, strictly and very rudely denied the request, (in what possible world does a customer get treated like that?) Although the old man was very angry with their behavior, they decided to purchase from any other shop and stepped. Such is the customer service that your happy day would surely be ruined if you step inside of Rewari Sweets. And when it comes to the food, I can say it's absolutely mediocre. Just mediocre. In no sense is the food above mediocre. A raidiwala prepares better food than them. Also the sitting arrangement inside is so chaotic. There is no space and it is so packed that it feels there's no sense of privacy when you are eating your food. Just one thing to summarize it all, Avoid Rewari Sweets basically if you don't want to get your mood ruined...

The best that I like and many would agree is their special burfee, it's always in demand and daily fresh is made. This plain looking burfee is very soft & mildly sweetened.
Next fav is their chole bhature which are also really good, chole are well cooked & spiced, and the bhaturas are not that much oily.
Recently tried their gujiya too, which turned out to be slightly above okay, had good filling inside.
Tried their Rajbhog also but it was not tasty and tastes kinda bland.
But if you try out anything like lacha tokri, stuff golgappas or raj kachori you will get the same taste(which is not that good just okaish)in all 3 mentioned dishes because they make it exactly the same way using the exact same ingredients. What is the use of having 3 dishes made & taste the same way?
Although the service is always fast & staff is also...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered chholey bhature which were written as rs. 70 only, waitor came after 15 minutes but bhatture were fresh. Two in numbers. I was surprised though that he had written rs. 70 and also displayed extra chholey for rs. 35. Though i could not eat two bhaturas as well the chholey for two were not sufficient. I had to compromise with less chholey and finished. But the bill given to me was for rs. 120. Which i had to pay because of their missrepresentation. Either he should write on his board one plate ( two pc bhature ) rs120 and should give chholey as per two bhature. As well he writes extra chholey will cost rs. 35 more. Thus he is doing cheating by giving misinformation on display board on the wall of dining hall. It is a pure cheating for increasing sales and causing the customer to pay more in the end. Please beware of such practice and make the terms clear by asking waitor in the begining because i thought they do not give half plate. Any way don't get cheated by hidden...
