Heyy We stayed in your hotel from approx 28th August to 4th September 2025. We came across this on Google and thought to write a review.We here means a whole school group from Morbi, Gujarat from New Era Global School if you would remember. Jokes apart we actually loved your hotel as students.The rooms were very clean and spectacular. We had a lot of fun the staff was great perhaps the students of our group might have frustrated the staff a bit with their mischief though the staff still cooperated with us extremely well. We will definitely come back as adults. The food was incredible each meal was very nice and the variety was great and the ice creams at dinner were also amazing. We also got a little story, because the room floors are wooden the noises from the room above reached the one below,my brother and his friends were putting on a music concert with their desk tabla skills which I and my friends could hear downstairs.The lift system also made a path to our mischief and laughs due to how they stop on floors whose buttons are pressed from the outside. Though the TV had limited channels and we wanted to watch more than just pogo but tolerable. We weren't allowed on the roof by our heads but still a great one. Thank you for digging yourself in our school life's core memories.

We had a thoroughly unpleasant experience during our two-day stay at this hotel. We had booked four rooms, and shockingly, the flush was not working in any of them. Even the common toilet had the same issue — completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one charging decent rates. The cleanliness was pathetic — the bedsheets and linens were soiled, and the rooms smelled unpleasant. It was evident that proper cleaning and maintenance are not a priority here. The restaurant staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Something as basic as requesting a spoon or water was met with arrogance — they told us to “go collect it from the tray” instead of serving it at the table. They don’t even bother to serve drinking water properly, which shows a complete lack of hospitality. To make matters worse, they had promised a welcome drink at check-in, which was never provided — another example of how little they care about guests or their own commitments. Overall, this place lacks basic hygiene, maintenance, and customer service standards. Read moreWe stayed at the hotel for one night. Upon arrival, we checked in around 10 PM and went straight to our room. Since the restaurant was about to close, we decided to order appetizers through in-room dining. Unfortunately, only for one non-vegetarian instead of chicken appetizer they served chicken fried rice. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the response from the in-room dining team was disappointing. When I called to get the order corrected, the person who answered seemed rushed and was quite rude. I had to insist on speaking with him calmly to get the issue addressed.
Even after the order was taken again, the replacement food was incorrect—they sent chicken in gravy instead of the dry preparation I had requested. After another call to in-room dining, they agreed to correct it, but the final order was only delivered around 11:45 PM, which was highly inconvenient.
Additionally, the room was in poor condition. The linens appeared used or unchanged, and there was long female hair on towels. The windows were dirty, and overall, the cleanliness and upkeep were far below expectations, specially washroom.
