I had booked " Hotel The League"( opposite Airforce school , sector-14) for my wedding on 19th November. The experience was so bad and horrible that I can't forget the same. I would like to share the same with everyone who wants to book the hotel. I got the information from Google about the hotel. It was sponsored by weddingz.in, later on, I was told that weddingz want the amount asap or it would be cancelled. As I was occupied and could not visit the hotel, I was told that the hotel would keep the booking ; however, when weddingz would call just say that you want to cancel the booking. As instructed , I followed whatever was asked I have paid 5k cash before and 35k(5k cash and 30k Google pay) later as advance amount. I wasn't told that the remaining 120k needs to be paid in cash . It was just written that the amount is due. Gajar ka halwa was written in the menu but wasn't given instead jalebi with rabri was forced. On the event day,when I visited the hotel the lift wasn't working. I (bride)waited for 25mins for lift to start working. I asked the hotel guys to assist but no one was bothered. After half an hour, Mr.Sukesh(hotel manager) came and asked for payment. I was about to pay him through Google pay; however, I was told that I have to pay in cash. I requested them to give us time until morning as its not possible to get cash at 2300hrs.The same was not entertained by the hotel and my brother had to leave to arrange for cash. Even before,he could arrange the cash and come back. The threatening started. #The owner of the hotel Mr. Amar Sisothiya along with Mr. Sukesh started threatening my guests and family members. They said that pay the rest of the amount in cash or we would disconnect the light and create a scene. Not only this, The food was cold and guests were not really given an option. Food was removed. After the wedding was complete, there was mo food served to bride,groom and the families who were fasting ( same was promised). The hotel guys were given cash 120k at 0300 hrs by my brother. Hot Milk was removed asap after serving 02people. #The booking was for 100 people ; however, only 70 people came and they were also not served food properly. And the fowl language was recorded. Mr. Amar sisothiya along With Mr. Sukesh was abusing us along with Oyo rooms. Its a humble request to anyone who wants to book the hotel for their important day,they shouldn't.
