Cake Maker — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I ordered red valvate cake through swiggy.Cake was delivered after 2 hours, and the cake was completely spoiled i mailed to the swiggy as well.but this is regarding with restaurant conversation ,I called the restaurant and paid extra money for an additional candle, but the candle was broken. Cake was too bad .The person I spoke to was rude and not receptive to feedback. Instead of accepting constructive criticism, he argued and said couldn't do anything about it. He said swiggy pay me me on 35% for this cake rest money swiggy have so I can't do anything for you .he asked to share screen of payment which i paid to swiggy. He continued to argue unnecessarily when I asked him to write the name properly. This feedback is not for cake or money even it was the behaviour which we faced from the guy.This really ruined my child's birthday. It was a very disappointing experience...

I recently ordered an eggless red velvet cake from this bakery for Mother's Day, but unfortunately, it was a complete disaster. Instead of receiving the cake I ordered, they delivered a fruit cake. To make matters worse, the packaging was so poorly done that the cake was a mess when we opened it. It was badly taped everywhere, which ruined the cake and the special occasion. I'm extremely disappointed with the bakery's service and would not recommend...

It was a very smooth process. I just contacted them through google they shared some samples on watsaap out of which i selected one the size quality and the taste all was really good. They even delivered the cake and without asking for final payment. And this was all done in just less than 12 working hours where everyone denied or not responded they took my request at the nth hour and help me close an activity. Thankyou...
