Siris 18 — Hotel in Gurugram District

We spent from our company took 4 rooms ( totallying in 8 nights) last month . The hotel is too far from nearest mall or shopping center or popular eateries. This makes one rely totally on the hotel staff for the essentials. ||Rooms are quiet old and only one room is refurbished. Infact it is a old property in which things were built upon. The cleanliness of the rooms are much below the standard of the popular brand of low cost hotel chains - OYO, Fab , Ginger etc. The furniture and tables show up stains of utensils / tea cups.||The staff is not at all helpful and and they are also not available at phone calls. They are quiet rude and even made one of my colleague clean an accidental ketchup stain on a towel which they discovered when he was checking out||Food though expensive is good , however the rooms are overpriced for similar hotels in gurgoan||Not worth for the price. I stayed over at the Siris 18 for almost 2 weeks during Feb 2020 and given the long duration of my stay I felt exceedingly comfortable not just with the clean well furnished rooms and linen but also with the spacious bathrooms coupled with good supply of toiletries. The Chef and the F&B staff were more than willing to go that extra mile in customizing the food to my liking. The hotel staff were extremely polite and resourceful and Mr. Dinesh Kaushik the Operations Manager of the Hotel leads from the front in ensuring that exceptional customer service is provided by his staff at all times. Location wise, it might be close to the DLF offices but the area is not that good in terms of amenities. It is a little far from the closest market, which is Lohiya market in Nathupur. The hotel, however, is very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is really nice - I've been here for 2 weeks now and most have ordered dinner from them half the time. The breakfast buffet spread is also good. Rooms are pretty standard. Nothing exceptional - just typical budget hotel rooms with AC, fridge, TV, etc in good working condition.
