SR PREMIUM CO-LIVING SECTOR 48 — Hotel in Gurugram District

Started as a good experience-turned out to be worst. In name of electricity you pay half as room rent. Room service is beyond poor. Yogesh and Ali will not keep up the commitments whatsoever. Will create fear by saying that the owner is local. Every thing that they commit is false to the point of being criminal. Food you can eat for yourself and check out(Pleae don't) If you bring people over - they will charge 500 per person per night(without food). You cannot keep anything precious in the room as the room cleaning guys are very good. Stay there and acknowledge yourself that apart from good infrastructure ,there is nothing to stay for. You will be always realised that they are doing you a personal favour by just letting you stay. Anything broken or not working is your fault. And I am saying this after staying there for almost 5 months (My bad). I visit this on April 1st week. It is situated in the mid of all PG or fazilpur jharsa. It's a huge building with 5 floor and huge parking for two and four wheelers. This pg has separate GYM. This pg has weekend entertainment on roof by playing movie, IPl. Rooms are quite well with attach bathroom. Taste of food is best in compare of all pg. If you sharing with someone your cost will be around 11000 per month including gym, Housekeeping and laundry. If someone is visit your room then you have to pay 500 rs for night stay. Worst coordination of the employees working there. They are making loot and making false commitments. At the time of shifting, Yogesh comitted lot of promises and at the time of delivery, it was nothing but making excuses. On the name of electricity bill, they are doing fraud Behavior of Yogesh is really arrogant and pathetic. False Commitment of room service Food quality is not satisfactory when it is compared to the prices. They are exploiting customers on the name of premium property.
