*Disappointing Experience at sriram dhaba 2

I visited Sriram Dhaba 2 on 21/11/24 with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. Here's what went wrong:

Poor Service: Our server seemed overwhelmed and took ages to take our orders. We had to ask multiple times for refills on drinks and extra condiments. Underwhelming Food: The dishes we ordered were lacking in flavor and presentation. The dal was overcooked and dry, while the paneer was swimming in oil. Uncomfortable Ambiance: The music was too loud, and the seating was cramped. The decor, although modern, felt cold and unwelcoming. Overpriced: Considering the subpar quality, I found the prices to be unreasonable.

Overall, my experience at sri ram dhaba 2 was disappointing. With so many great dining options in the area, I won't be returning anytime soon.

Worst experience! I will never go to Shri ram dhaba again that also when I have been visiting this place for last two years. I ordered tea and it was very cold so I requested them to change, they took it and gave me same tea again. I had to ask them again to get me hot tea. I ordered ‘paneer malai tikka pizza’ but they gave me ‘paneer malai tikka’ instead and not pizza. The worst part is when I told them that I had ordered pizza the guy replied, NO YOU DID NOT ORDERED PIZZA, you had ordered malai tikka only. Shift manager said the same thing and there was no courtesy, I left the table without eating that ‘paneer malai tikka’. They were not bothered and said, sir you did not order pizza. If they can do this to a regular customer like me when I have been their customer for 2 years. I used to visit them 3-4 times a week. This is bad...
