I had an extremely harrowing experience with OYO Townhouse Sector 62, Gurgaon and its management. What was supposed to be a hassle-free stay turned into a nightmare due to poor service, unhygienic conditions, and a complete lack of accountability from OYO.
🔴 Room Quality & Hygiene: I had to change three rooms at the OYO Townhouse Sector 62 property due to unacceptable conditions. The rooms were substandard, infested with cockroaches, beetle stains on the washbasin and switches, non-functional ACs, and dirty utensils.
🔴 Electricity Outage: The Sector 62 property had no electricity since 11:30 PM, and despite repeated assurances of "15-20 minutes," the issue remained unresolved for hours.
🔴 Refund Policy & Forced Relocation: When I requested a refund for my two-night booking, OYO refused, offering a refund for only one night. Instead, they shifted me to OYO Townhouse Sector 64, which was even worse than the original property.
🔴 Lack of Assistance: I had to move my luggage without any help. Despite paying for a comfortable stay, I was left struggling to find a livable room at midnight.
I strongly DO NOT recommend booking an OYO property, especially OYO Townhouse Sector 62 & 64 in Gurgaon. The service is unreliable, the properties are unhygienic, and the customer support is unhelpful and inflexible. If you value cleanliness, service, and peace of mind, look elsewhere.
I hope OYO addresses these serious concerns and improves its service before more guests face such distressing experiences.
