I recently visited Greppo Cafe for a special occasion, booked the location in advance with the best pakage of venue, hoping to indulge in a beautifully decorated venue as depicted in the pictures they shared. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be highly disappointing and far from what was promised. I feel compelled to share my negative experience so that others can make an informed decision.

First and foremost, the decoration at Greppo Cafe was a far cry from the enticing images they had showcased. Happy Birthday neon sign was faulty, which they charged extra in pakage. Love sign is tapped and lights not working. The ambiance lacked the charm and elegance that was depicted in the pictures. The decorations were poorly executed, haphazardly arranged, and failed to create the desired atmosphere. It was evident that little effort had been put into creating a visually appealing space. The disparity between the promotional pictures and the actual decor left me feeling deceived and dissatisfied.

Adding to the disappointment, the decoration was not ready even at the given time. I had made a reservation well in advance, specifying the time I expected the decoration to be set up. However, upon arrival, I was met with an unprepared and disorganized environment. This lack of attention to detail and disregard for punctuality was deeply frustrating and showed a lack of professionalism on the part of the cafe's management.

Furthermore, I found the prices of the food to be exorbitantly high considering the quality of the venue. It was disheartening to pay such a premium for a subpar dining experience. The menu lacked variety, and the taste of the food did not justify the steep prices. It felt like I was being charged for the ambiance and decor that were promised but not delivered. The overall value for money was severely lacking, leaving me feeling ripped off.
