Hotel Amari — Hotel in Haryana

One of the worst experiences of my life. The hotel staff was fine, rooms are fine, but stayed there last night and some other guests were drinking and created a ruckus, the hotel staff wasn't very successful in handling them. My parents had to take medicine to sleep because the noise they were making, their abusive slurs were intolerable. The most expensive rooms aren't built properly as we could hear their abusive conversations in the room above. Construction needs to be rectified big time. Will never visit and Would never recommend it to anyone. And to those group of boys who booked the room to just drink alcohol, and utter abusive, I hope what you did to my parents, never happens to...

Pathetic hotel with zero facility , they don't even have toiletries in their washrooms..when asked the staff gave a used wet soap from the back pocket of his pant. No tooth brush kit no towel, they don't even have mirror in the rooms or even iron in the hotel to press the shirts before I leave for meeting.
