Illiterate & rude receptionist who dont know how to talk with customer in hospitality industry. For 12 rooms there are only 2 persons.And as per this recptionist these 2 are more than enough. Dont know what kind of third class service they provide.
Owners should educate this receptionist.

Quality of food is also good but the main problem which I felt is that the hotel has got no ventilation system and is highly suffocating inside the rooms. Washrooms has got no exhaust fan thus creating suffocating situation inside as well . As we entered in the first floor lobby we could smell and experience the smoke of cigarettes being stuck up due to lack of ventilation. AC 's were not working properly.
