Hotel Delite Grand — Hotel in Haryana

This hotel causes Noise and Air pollution. With its backside facing a residential area, the hotel staff is totally ignorant and insensitive to the the people living in neighborhood. They have an open kitchen cleaning area in the back and their staff and management has destroyed a peaceful residential area. Even after repeated reminders they will not cover their kitchen area and even till 1:00 am or 2:00 or 4:00 or 5:00 AM they keep cleaning big industrial-sized utensils and loading or unloading, throwing spoons and metal glasses around while cleaning. Their utter disregard to people staying in neighborhood and zero corporate responsibility has lead me to mark them with lowest grade. We have been trying to request them reduce the noises at night at-least, when the people are sleeping, but they have not worked on ANY solution and it has been several years now. Unless some complaint to a higher-up political entity is done, they will not budge. Their huge central air-conditioners cause high decibel sound for 24 hours 7 days constantly and have been doing it for years now. It is impossible to even sit in our balcony and have a cup of tea in peace. Should we all leave the neighborhood because they made a hotel here in a place which used to be a green beautiful park.... A Disappointing and Regrettable Service With Hotel Delite Grand.

Rating: ⭐️ WHICH DONT EVEN WANT TO GIVE.

I recently had the unfortunate experience With Hotel Delite Grand, and it pains me to say that it was one of the most disappointing hotel I've ever had. From the moment I walked in.

NO services Staff provided At the entrance of the Gate where we booked the Hall.

It felt like the staff were going through the motions without any genuine interest in ensuring a pleasant Welcome for guests. The Hotel Staff does not have any idea how to provide the services at the time of welcoming the Groom.

we have to request them to aligned a staff at the gate to welcome the guest.

I felt bad telling the staff again and again that to get the water bottles and the Cold drink at the entrance of the gate at the time of welcoming the Groom Guests and family members and the Staff denied its not allowed I don't understand that's how they do the hospitality for the guest if they cant even offer Water and cold drinks them self .

My requests were met with apathy, and it was evident that the hospitality standards at this establishment were sorely lacking.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel was far from welcoming, and the lack of attention to detail was apparent in every aspect. From the indifferent attitude of the staff, it was clear that this hotel is not committed to providing a positive...

A four star hotel in the Faridabad area.

Connectivity: Since it's almost in the center of the city you get bus, metro(need to walk around 5 to 10mns to the station) and cabs (uber and ola) and also private taxis and autos.

Rooms: Rooms was good cannot say awesome but okay. The room has a kettle, tv, a luggage stand, cupboard and a small table and chair. The bathroom has separate dry and wet area, also has a hair dryer. The room which we stayed did not had an outside opening so always have to put on lights. The window area to the outside was blocked with opaque film which was a bummer.

Hotel: Has banquet halls where you can host a medium sized function.

Food: Food was decent, the catering done for the function was really good. But also had food from their dedicated restaurant. That was okayish (may be because of the food that we selected) so giving a benefit of doubt. The price is on higher side though.
