This is one of the stays I will remember for all the BAD reasons. So to start with waited at reception for more than 20 min at midnight with a reason that room needs to be cleaned and sanitized. After check in process, I was informed breakfast is not included, where it is showing in my confirmation, and I have to pay if I want breakfast. Anyway, room no 403, was alloted but no one showed the room. The magnetic key and lock was not working, and I spend 4-5 min. Then a room boy came, who said it will not work and they need hard key for the room, which he brought for me. He brought a water bottle and water was not cleaned, I showed to him and he said, even we drink this water else buy bottled water. I told him to replace the water as I am fine with normal water unless untill it is cleaned. As soon as I entered the room, I was so amazed to see that the reason of late check in i.e. cleaning and sanitization, AND actually how good(BAD) it is. A layer of dust in corners, on taps, on sofa, on soap dispenser, on almost everything. I have clicked pics and some short videos as well. The walls have dirty marks. I saw huge and numerous marks on linen, including the quilt, bed sheets, pillows. I wanted to show it to the Reception incharge Ravi and I believe he was the senior most available. So I called but it was picked up by the first boy interacted and the it was not pleasent. Hotels which are known for their hospitality is missing. I told him to request Ravi to come up as I want to show the condition of room and discuss about cleaning. As shared earlier the tone of conversation was okey, we dont care. Anyway in five min another room boy came, who was polite, I shared my concern and he replaced the water for me and said sorry. But all issues remains same except the water. No one had courtsy to offer a room change or change linen or get the cleaning done if it is not disturbing for me at the middle of night. Well the morning starts with other issues. Asked for a cup of tea and below pic will show your standard with rate. Then pay now only policy. A tea which costs you 10/- on road side is sent to you at 30/-. Understanding you are sending your boy accross the road, okey you can charge a supplement. But how much 200 times of the cost and then you don't have cups and saucers to serve it and maintain your hotels name at least. Asking for a towel since my check in at midnight. I was told I will get in the morning. I informed first time at 1000 hrs, not delivered, I again called at 1020 hrs, again a promise to deliver, but nothing came. Finely at 1045 hrs third time I called and demanded a towel and then it was delivered in three min at 1048 hrs. My questions to OYO: This hotel is a part of your Collection O. If services and standards are such, how other brands of OYO will be. Does Oyo ever do inspection or audit of these hotels as sofa upholstery is torn, linen is in bad condition, staff needs training, or OYO is just busy in adding hotels and increasing its valuations and least bother on services or so called customers. As a part of hospitality industry which I belong we call them guest and no customer. Oyo can not furnish even simple amenities like soap, towels or sleeper which hardly cost 20/-. Out of three dispenser in bathroom only one have soap and that too just 10-15 percent of the bottle. Does OYO believe in guest satisfaction and service recovery. If yes, what is done in my case. Oyo needs to sort this out. In the morning at checkout I asked for manager and then the guy at reception had all the negative things to say about the owner and especially OYO😳. Besides neither Oyo or the hotel is ready to do something constructive or service recovery. I will be for sure sharing my review on Google guide, trip advisor as I am an active social media user and find it my duty to warn...
Read morePathetic is the word. We went there for one of our relative’s wedding. First of all the staff is not very helpful. Even after asking for a food item to be available on buffet table several times, it took them a lot of time to fulfill the request. Secondly they switched off ACs at 1am which was fine but they also started switching off the Fans and lights one by one while the guests were still sitting .. who would switch off the fans when it’s peak summer in June and when we asked them to at least keep the Fans on the electrician said it’s an order from the owner. We asked where is the owner we need to talk to them they said he’s not available and gone home. The worst part is that we booked 2 rooms 306 and 307 and asked to tea to be served, before we could talk further the half bald man sitting at the reception said first you pay the room advance then talk about serving tea.. This was a ridiculous service and we witnessed the worst customer experience. Then the half bald man started arguing with other guests as well who were also complaining regarding over spilled water from the water cooler which indicated that we are not alone whom they were treating like some random person. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. When we came out to car parking right in front of Raj Mandir gate and we shared our bad customer instance with the guard, he folded his hands and apologised ok behalf of Raj mandir.. I mean the staff and the manager sitting inside in ACs should learn from their guard on how to treat the customers with respect. I AM NEVER COMING BACK AND WILL NOT SUGGEST RAJMANDIR TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY… i would not write these long reviews normally hence just imagine the frustration I’m going through which forced me to write...
Read moreTL;DR: The service is worst, rooms are bad and food is pretty good actually. In short stay away from this one.
We booked 25+ rooms for 3 days for a function. We also booked the basement hall for our Haldi function. The rooms were in quite bad condition. Within half an hour of checking in we smelled strong bad odour in our room. The cupboards of all rooms were smelling too. The bathroom was also leaking and the drain was clogged. After multiple interactions with the staff to fix these issues, we finally had to change rooms. To our surprise this issue was quite common as multiple of our guests complained of the same issues. All rooms have little to no ventilation. The few rooms that have a window has no view, and no grill. For us, opening a window caused a big issue as a monkey came in causing havoc and resulting in minor injury as well. The staff is extremely unprofessional and downright rude. They will treat you with respect up until you actually check in, and after that you will not be provided any services and will be denied basic support quoting their "rules". The GM is also super rude and will not provide you any help with the basic things too. Do not expect the rooms to be any close to a 3 star hotel. There is no electric kettle, coffee/tea pouches, iron, ironing board, dental kit or even bathroom slippers. None of these will be provided upon request either. The whole charade is more of a lodge then a hotel. The food is actually good, so one can use the restaurant given that you can tolerate the extremely loud music with your family.
If for any reason you still do have to go to this hotel, ask for Mr. Deepak as he was the only sane person who talked to use with any humanity...
