Anardana – Faridabad We recently visited Anardana, a new restaurant in Faridabad, with high hopes. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations, leaving us disappointed and wondering why we paid for such an underwhelming meal.

What we ordered:

Veg Platter – Highly disappointing. Every item—Mushroom Kebab, Hara Bhara Kebab, Paneer Tikka, and Dahi ke Sholey—lacked flavor and quality. Would not recommend.

Palak Chaat – This was the only saving grace. Flavorful and enjoyable.

Bhurma Kulche – Had potential, but needs significant improvement in taste and preparation.

Other observations:

Service was notably slow, which added to the overall frustration.

Staff were courteous and tried their best to offer good service despite the delays.

In summary, Anardana has a long way to go in terms of food quality and service efficiency. Hoping they take feedback constructively...

The place is instagrammable. Food is served hot, quantity of french fries is less. The drinks were not how we expected them to be, best not to have high hopes. Instead of added appeal and presentation, more focus on taste can be a better, lasting experience.

The place gets too crowded with long waiting hours (it was Saturday night). You can use 10% off as walk in offer on District. Since we were with kids and it was already their meal time, we chose not to wait and sat outside instead of the more ambient interiors. I asked the manager if we could be seated inside while the order was being served, in case the space would become available. We were denied in a rather unpleasant and rushed tone that the table was already provided, that he already had three families lined up and nothing could be done anymore (not a first time diner, but ok). Overall was a, meh one...
