K S Palace is located just opposite to Bharam Sarovar near Arjuna Chowk at Kurukshetra. Basically it is a palace available for organizing functions for the gathering of 100-150 persons. It has a lawn with a wide opening front gate, a hall on the ground floor for indoor functions/parties.

About rooms and room service(s): Three types of rooms were there having Tariff of Rs. 800, 100 and 1400. (additional cost for extra bed upto rupees 250). All rooms are on the first or second floor. Room sizes are average size with AC facility, attached washroom with geyser and english toilet seat.

Bed-sheets are full of stains, you ask for a fresh sheet and you will get another sheet which is full of stains either.

TV and AC facility is available but you will not get the remote control of AC. Very poor quality of AC especially.

FAN works like hell, it seems new fans but even switching them ON at 5 speed they run like at 1 speed.

Only 1 switch socket is available for the charger. Drain pipes are blocked. Only one cook is there who provides food till 7 pm. You get a Menu Card that offers you various dishes but you only get Daal, Roti, Curd @100Rs. ( I didn't order anything because of High Prices for a small portion of food, so I can't comment on the taste).

They take full payment at the time of check-in (Checkout time is 11 am) and refuse to provide the invoice stating that the rates are negotiated etc. Moreover, they don't have any digital payment mode. They only ask for cash payment. I have also noticed that they refuse the bookings already made through OYO, MakemyTrip etc.

It's better to take the service of some Dharamshala nearby than booking rooms in this K S Palace.
