My stay at this hotel was a nightmare from beginning to end. From the dilapidated conditions to the unhelpful staff, every aspect of the experience was profoundly disappointing. I strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to think twice and explore other accommodations. It is a prime example of how not to run a hotel, and I sincerely hope that improvements are made for the sake of future guests.

I recently had the unfortunate pleasure of staying at a hotel that can only be described as a complete disaster. From start to finish, my experience was marred by incompetence, negligence, and an overall lack of basic hospitality. Allow me to share the details of my woeful encounter. As soon as we arrived, we were told we will have to off road for 10 minutes for which the car will be sent by the hotel and the car was sent but after keeping us waiting for over 25 minutes in the middle of the road. After which we had to off road for about 20 minutes on an extremely dangerous road which was extremely scary and should have been warned about. The room itself was an abomination. As soon as I stepped inside, I was greeted by a stale, musty odor that permeated every corner. Checked 5 rooms out of which 3 were so smelly, it seemed we were not in a 5 star but a public toilet. Out of the rooms we finally compromised with, the lock of one of them would just not close, so the key card they provided was of no use whatsoever. To make matters worse, the bathroom was a horror show. The basins and shower drains were blocked. The so-called "fitness center" was a tiny room with outdated equipment that seemed like it had been plucked from a time capsule. It was clear that no effort was made to maintain or upgrade these facilities. There were cigarette buds in the bathroom of the room which meant the cleaning of the room was the bare minimum. The breakfast and dinner offered was a sad excuse for a meal. The options were limited and unappetizing. What struck me most about this establishment was the overall lack of professionalism and disregard for guest satisfaction. The staff's disinterest and lack of accountability were glaring. It is evident that management is either oblivious to or simply apathetic about the abysmal state of the hotel. In conclusion, please DO NOT book this...

Our recent stay at ITC Fortune, Kufri, turned into quite the adventure for our family! We ended up on an off-route path that required navigating narrow, steep mountain roads in a large 14-seater tempo vehicle. It was our first time on this route, and we made the mistake of arriving during the late evening when it was completely dark, adding to the challenge and fear factor.

However, the moment we arrived at ITC Fortune, all our worries melted away. The entire team welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality that we quickly forgot about our harrowing journey. Their service was exceptional in every aspect, ensuring our comfort at every step. Understanding the difficulties we faced, they provided us with a mountain-friendly 4x4 vehicle for our travels, making everything so much easier.

To our amazement and joy, those off-route roads later turned into the ones we enjoyed the most during all our travels in their open 4x4 vehicle.

The hospitality at ITC Fortune is unparalleled. From the moment we stepped in, every member of the staff went out of their way to make us feel special. Mr. Madan Singh Bisht, the F&B Executive, along with his dedicated team, made sure we enjoyed the best quality and most delicious food during all our meals. Each meal was a delightful experience, thanks to their meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

There were so many thoughtful gestures and tiny details that made our stay extraordinary. From the personalized greetings to the prompt service, every aspect of our stay was meticulously handled. The staff's genuine care and dedication to making our stay comfortable and memorable were evident in everything they did.

The highlight of my stay was the unexpected room upgrade provided by the attentive staff. It added a touch of luxury to my visit, and I appreciated the gesture. The hotel staff deserves a solid 5 out of 5 for their gentleness, care, and constant smiles. They truly know how to make guests feel welcome.

I must commend GM Sabyasachi for his accessibility and quick resolution of queries. It's reassuring to have a responsive and helpful manager overseeing the operations. Kudos to the entire team for their dedication to guest satisfaction.

The only hiccup during my stay was the access road to NH5. I brought this concern to GM Sabyasachi's attention, and he assured me that it would be addressed in due time. In the meantime, the hotel provided a convenient pickup and drop service from the accessible road, mitigating the inconvenience caused by the bad road.

For couples seeking a romantic getaway with a stunning view of the beautiful Himalayan valley, this place is superb. The ambiance is perfect for quality time together.
