I recently had the pleasure of staying at Achman Regency, Shimla, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and attentive staff who made sure every need of ours was taken care of.

Worst place for experience ... There is hardly ANY staff available even at 12 noon just one person shows this is not liked as a hotel as they don't need staff.

You can order only what's available not what's on menu even when the hotel says we have everything in lunch.

Can't comment on taste as we left without ordering as nothing was available plus it is empty alot wonder why is that plus that's makes us have/had another question about freshness of food you can answer better for that ...for me when I was there no one was there eating anything PLEASE AVOID GOING eat at food plaza few miles after this hotel if u are coming from shimla and if you are coming from Chandigarh side you have already missed it... They don't have breakfast available at 12.00 noon still that's ok but nothing else is also available you can have food choices as being a place on highway it should have everything but has nothing DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE no idea how would they be in attending guests you can stay on your own risk as a plus point it has good view and not much isolated if they can offer better services it would definitely be worth it but now it's nothing more than a move on and don't stop place One more thing I did not like is the menu they have the menu by scan which is good but the scanned document itself feels like worst thing to check via scanning some hotels remember to make there menu a experience but they have clicked photos which are not even straight and updated the same not good for owners who should make it better or else it seems like they don't care about there own offering... I WILL NEVER STOP...

Dear Friends, Recently i have very bad experience with this hotel. This is my first tour to Shimla with my Family. I booked hotel dated on 06/01/2017 directly arround 4 o'clock pm. Next day i was having breakfast with my family and their reception staff came to him and said i have to check out room because they have booking with other. I shocked how they could be irresponsible. Their reception staff do not have talking manner with me and my family. i told to him i have a small child with me but they did not heard anything and told to me if i am not check out before 12 then they will throw my luggage out side. I gave warning to him about his complaint to his owner. he told me that he do not care about that. He was talking to him like he is owner. I had made complain to even their Hotel Owner on the phone but no any result. I will always remember this hotel because of this my family faced lots of problems and spoiled my tour plan.

Their service also not good if you order something then you have to be asked three or four times .

Sorry Friends i have bad experience with this hotel which i never faced in my life.
