HOTEL HEMKUNTH KASAULI — Hotel in Himachal Pradesh

I had a very bad experience here, to begin with when I had asked them for a sheet instead of blanket as in June it is not very cold firstly the hotel staff kept on saying that the sheets have gone for laundry and we will provide you as soon as they come however after 2 hours I asked them maybe around 100th time they said ki sir humare aur room occupied hai aur hum sheet provide nhi kar sakte. I along with my family had to sleep without any sheet etc. then in morning there was no dental kit that was provided, when I went out to market and bought the tooth brush and paste then vapis aakr jab staff ne dekh liya uske bhi 15-20 min baad they came with 1 dental kit and I asked them that we already have bought it from Market and used as well what we will do it of now? And now comes the fun part the food order was messed in morning we asked for 2 tea and 1 coffee along with breakfast and they gave 2 coffee and 1 tea. The property is little bit old but the rooms are spacious. All the rooms are having balcony with valley view. The staffs were very supportive. The quantity and quality of the foods were very good. We loved the food.

The hotel is located in the main market. The Mall road is at only 3.5 km. Very famous Siddh Sri Baba Balaknath Temple is on walkable distance, only 600 meter.

The terrace of the hotel is very beautiful. But it's given on the lease for cafe. But it is accessible to all. The view from the terrace is beautiful.

They have ample space for parking. A plus point for the property having own covered parking.
