So we stayed here for two nights. Basically we spent our Diwali night at this property. I pretty much researched about the property before we got here, so we pretty much had the idea as to what to expect.

Where do I start? Well, am home but still unable to come back to reality from the blissful experience we have had living in Pinekonez.

Situated in Garkhal, about 3 km just before the Kasauli town, surrounded with some best cafe's around, this place can easily surpass all the expectations of a newbie visiting Kasauli for the first time. Who told you that fine hotel properties can only give you the best facilities? Mr. Arvind and his family are here at your service to firstly, make you feel at home and then to cater to all your requirements.

Aunty, Mr. Arvind's mother, a mother away from mother, gem of a person, I guess as an ex-staff of Lawrence Sanawar, this is the least one can expect. A wonderful person to talk to, she, treated us like her own child. She was more than happy to show the property to us. The Garden's, the landscape, the rooms. I guess she didn't miss any part of her being our property guide.

Ambience:- 10/10. From the moment you ring the bell and make your way though the entrance, you are taken away with the sheer beauty of the plants and flowers around the property. Lush full green pavements, Mr. Arvind has managed the property well, one can find faces carved on the stones, to bulb flowers hanging in the distance, from the bees buzzing around with the nectar from the flowers all around, the birds chirping all around you. You have just entered heaven, on earth.

Room:- We stayed in Kingfishers paradise & my oh my!! The artistic feel to the room, the furnitures, the Jharokas, the mirror, the paintings of horses, to the vintage table, I mean, it is not something you must miss upon, there are 3 rooms in this category, which includes their rooftop room which i do regret not staying, but then, there's always a next time. It's got this serene vibe, differently themed rooms with different vibes . The property strictly powered by solar panels The composting is done on the property. It's an eco-friendly property. If you are in for alcohol party, and loud get-togethers, Avoid it!!! You will simply be an embarrassment to such a place and the quietness. This isn't for you. This is my personal opinion.

Food:- Tasty!! Scrumptious!! Aunty cooks really well, loved the Kadhai Paneer.♥️. The Amazing early morning coffees, the Paranthas at the Machaan, which is small little place done really well, connected by a wooden bridge, overlooks the valley, is the place where one must dine or have your early morning breakfast. Surrounded by flowers and flower beds. You have options from the Menu, but we went for something that was more readily available. Hence I didn't really explore the other options, but am sure they are good, hence they are listed.

Over-all experience. 10/10. I didn't really want to review this property to be very honest, as I discussed the same with Arvind, because more positive reviews will lead to many people coming here and then spoiling it for us. Lol. But again. Nature lovers must know of this place . From Aunty to Bhavika, it was a pleasure meeting you all, this bond has just begun, it marks the beginning for many many stays we are looking forward to.

This reviews comes a little late but my memories of the place are still very fresh. We visited in the month of August with our parents and extended family. Chose this place after much research and it did give us what we wanted.. A homely stay with a breathtaking view right outside the rooms. The rooms were big and spacious and most importantly very clean. The decor of the rooms is done in a traditional taste and the place has lots of plants as well. We were 10 of us so all their rooms were with us that ensured that we had complete privacy. Now for some of the highs and lows.. Their location is a big plus, not too away from main kasauli and not too close to the hustle bustle. Their Golden Eagle room at the top is really very well made with a small kitchenette, it comes at a premium but worth it for sure. Their food is tasty and homely and the house help is helpful and accommodating. The owner Arvind was helpful right from the time I made the first call to him to suggesting some nice places in kasauli. Now for the things that I feel can make it great from good- the hospitality of a good home stay was short of some of the best experiences I have had with other home stays. The engagement level of the host, the ease of fixing your meal menus, the level of warmth extended. Small things like there was no printed menu to pick from and the help would say we'll make what you want. And when u say what you want, the reply would be not possible! So deciding the meal for a family of 10 people used to be a task. Hats off to my mom who managed to work it out with the help. One more thing if you are visiting as a big family,there is no common area where you all can sit together other than camping in one of the rooms. There is a machan with a lovely view but that's weak so can only take about five people at a time. All in all a good stay and we did recommend the place to a friend couple who also stayed here shortly after our visit. Will I go back again,...

Reply to the Host - That's rude man, are you really in hospitality? FYI - I booked from airbnb only once and I see positive feedback from the host, nevermind I don't think i need to bring that to public. I also don't think you have appetite to digest negative feedback, not every one star review is fake. I'll take this comment off soon, but it was important to deliver this message to you. Even if I have bad rating on airbnb(thought I don't) that doesn't give you any right to disrespect me. If a simple average rating on one platform can piss you off then god knows what keeps you motivated to serve your guests better.

I can also see that people has given you ine star because of the same reason (host is rude) and you've explicitly replied to them as "fake reviews", grow up man grow up.

No one has asked you to share you number. No one will ever want to book your property if you respond to the queries like you did to me. You number is public here on google itself, so no-one needs other platforms to get that, I was just being sensitive about the time (to not to disturb you) stop being lame. My review is around how you had responded to my initial queries for which i don't think I need to stay at the property. All other 1 and 2 star reviews here tell the same story that you're rude(sometimes) and has no appetite to accept it. Considering your good/high rating here and on other platforms I was thinking to take this -ve review out, but seems like more to prove me wrong. Go ahead man, you're just provide mine and other 1 or 2 star reviews right. Just be nice to people, if they say nothing wrong to you, don't judge,...
