Hotel Modi Inn Rock Side — Hotel in Himachal Pradesh

Very pathetic condition of rooms. No cleanliness. Horrible Staff. Paid 100% in advance still no facility for the Guest. No intercom facility before between 9 pm to 7 am that means NO ROOM SERVICE. Kitchen and dining place is in very unhygienic condition. No Help in parking. Bed, Bathroom, Floor, Chairs in is a very bad condition. General Manager "Mr. Maheshwari" is a very rude person. How can we expect such a loud person in the Hospitality Industry? He is least bother about the guest. I was shocked and stunned when I saw that he was ill-treating every guest by speaking in a very harsh manner. He has his own rules. We were feeling helpless as I was feeling cheated as we had booked online. If we would have physically verified, I am sure NO ONE WILL STAY IN THIS HOTEL. We will never refer this...

Adverse place to Stay, I had disregard all reviews of trip advisor and booked this hotel but later I understood people were correct, staying in this hotel is like punishment, you can not expect even a bed tea from them, very old and horrible property, it is better to change your schedule than to go with this hotel, actually it is owned by Gujrati business so majorly occupied by Gujrati group, so they don't care about very few occupants like us, it's manager Mr Mishra is good for nothing, I don't know how do sites like TripAdvisor, MMT, is endorsing to this property, location wise is also not good you have to walk around 1 km to reach Gandi Chowk and there is no parking provided by them so you gave to pay local parking...

I visited Dalhousie to get some relief from hot summer.I chose Modi Inn after checking reviews online.I booked two deluxe rooms for 3days but to my surprise they upgraded my rooms to super deluxe rooms.They used to offer candies to my kids everytime we went to sightseeing or returning from there,my kids loved those candies.The rooms & linen were neat & clean.Water heater was working wonders.The average temperature was 18°c,very pleaseant.The location was prime,at a walking distance to market.Their food was very tasty & homelike with minimum spices.Overall the stay was pleasant & all of us liked the...
