Hotel Pine View kasauli road — Hotel in Himachal Pradesh

Have you heard of a hotel owner/staff explaining power cuts (long ones - more than 3-4 hours early in the morning) saying "everyone starts thier morning walk at 4 o clock here so we shut off our invertor"?. He meant his guests as well. Yes, people come to a hotel and take morning walks at 4 am on a highway, is what he meant . There was no electricity from 3:30 am onwards and ofcourse no one at the reception. This continued throughout morning as well. power went off more than 4 times till noon. Oh! The phone doesn't work when there is no electricity. |The washrooms are the ugliest I have seen. The Sulabh toilets at Kasauli were much cleaner. |The only saving grace of the hotel is their food and the decent views which also includes a lot of traffic noises. |I recommend not staying...

Very poor service, Windows don't have net bugs and insects freely roaming inside, no parking, no geyser, no cleanliness.. uncooperative staff..bad food Very small sized fan.. No Ac..
