OYO Ram Rivera — Hotel in Himachal Pradesh

hi, I asked them for hot water for bathing. the guy told me, they will get it. it's check out time. and they still didn't managed a bucket of hot water. is it too much to ask for for. The hotel staff was so casual in the morning also and they are "Abhi nahi milega, 2 ghante Baad milega". It was very poor even from the owner, he said I am not there at the property, so can't do anything about it. The hotel has a good view of the river, that's why I am giving it a star, else the staff and the owner are pathetic. Avoid this property, if you don't want to spoil your mood, as the staff is not at all...

The hotel is situated near bhuntar airport...Sight scenes are very beautiful..Rooms are good but not well maintained...You can find different kind of problems with the room or bathroom..Hotel staffs are well behaved but as I said neither an expert nor a professional...That is why their rooms are not upto the mark...Location is quite good..You have to cross that bridge for every...

Location of the hotel is very good, room and bathroom were clean but not upto the mark. Staff is cooperative but not professionally trained. No breakfast facility available and tea that we had was total waste. Considering price - location was good worth staying.
