Food used to be good, but now it's absolutely pathetic. In this review, I’m only focusing on the service because that’s where the real downfall has occurred.

I’ve been a regular customer of Kebab n Curries, ordering frequently over the years. Initially, the food and service were excellent. But now, it’s clear the owner no longer cares about the business, and the employees are completely ruining it.

Let me share just one of the many incidents I’ve had recently. I ordered a "Chilly Chicken" as a trial for my guests, and I explicitly asked for it to be made "DRY," meaning without any gravy. When the food arrived, it was drenched in gravy, despite my clear instructions. I thought maybe there had been a mix-up, so I decided to try it anyway. I served the chicken to my guests, but everyone immediately rejected it, saying it was too salty and the chicken pieces were raw.

So, I called Kebab n Curries to provide feedback on the disappointing order. The person who answered said, "No worries, sir, we’ll replace your order." I thought, great, let’s give them a chance. The replacement arrived, this time without gravy and fully garnished. But then, I got a call from them, and to my surprise, instead of asking for feedback on the replacement, the person started raising their voice, accusing me of only returning 4 out of the 8 pieces. I tried to explain that the pieces I served to my guests were thrown away because they were inedible. How was I supposed to gather the pieces that had already been discarded?

I wasn’t even calling to ask for a replacement—I just wanted to give feedback. But instead of understanding, I was met with poor communication and an aggressive tone. That was the last straw. I have been regularly ordering from this place…. Non veg and veg items whenever I visit Kullu….. this time planned to carry Papdi chaat…. Sorry to say but the girl sitting on the billing counter has no etiquette how to talk with the customers…. I wanted her to pack chaat items separately as they were making and packing…..
