The Captain B and B Shimla — Hotel in Himachal Pradesh

The reason for this rating is to mislead me through incorrect google map location. The location is little inside and will require to climb 6 to 7 floors of stairs. Before the booking, I had no idea of the stairs. The booking agent was gracious enough to provide us lift facility but that still required to climb 3 floors of stairs to access the lift. It was a pain for my mother 65 years old with knee pain to get to elevator.

We were basically stuck with the booking at this place.

Old young people should consider this place. We shifted to nearby aachman regency hotel and it was a much needed relief.

Room offered had damp but was well furnished. Food prepared was great but options are limited as they do not stock ingredients.

Views from the room or balcony are appreciated.

The attention to detail was evident throughout, making me feel pampered and cared for. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They were always available, ready to assist with any request or inquiry. This place truly deserves its five-star rating, and I cannot wait to return for another remarkable stay...

There were 17 senior citizens that visited Captain B&B and trust me my family actually loved the stay and hospitality. They had a personal service all the time with home cooked style food even post late dinner hours. They also got a free room upgrade. The staff was extremely courteous and helped them with luggage down the stairs. The hotel owner himself ensured each of the guests felt comfortable and home like stay. My uncle actually said he had best stay of his life and would love to be here again and at all times. I am so glad to be able to find this B&B. Special thanks to Manager Prateek who gave personal attention at all times.
