The Pine Residency — Hotel in Himachal Pradesh

This is situated in Malyana after ISBT. You take a left for the main city and for Shimla ISBT you go towards the right side. Our experience was not at all good

There was no hot water facility. They have solar water heaters which they run on specific timings and that too was churning out cold water because of high consumption. The lights in our room weren't working. There were no soaps or towels provided. Washrooms were not clean. They didn't provide any blowers or convection heaters. You can imagine the rates they charged for New Year's Eve and yet there were no facilities.

Pros Good Valley View They have their own parking. They give unlimited drinking water.

Worth mentioning thing They were courteous throughout but we checked out a day early due to above issues and had mistakenly left our headphones. They were generous enough to give them back the next day we went there. 5...

This hotel is ridiculous if u check their rules. Only Tea is served no coffee, if u ask for coffee it is chargeable. Only Aloo paratha is server and no other option, if u ask for any other it is chargeable. Usually 3 option should be there for breakfast and tea/coffee both should be available. There was issue with hot water and only one staff was present to look after. As we were there for Saturday till monday morning though it was weekend still staff wasn’t there. Whatever you ask they just deny politely, it is just that we have to cross our patience limit. Whoever wants to come here please confirm these points. Hotel is good..nice and very clean with neat and clean toilets. And front rooms have beautiful valley view...but it is far from mall road, christ church and jakhu temple..because i booked this via make my trip and it was showing near to Christ church...if you ignore these things..then its a good hotel.
