It was total cheating by Oyo and their collaborators Booking.com. The deal offered by bookings.com on the Oyo hotel in Hyderabad, namely A Delight Residency was for 2 nights, including breakfast for 3 people on 2 days. 2 days before leaving for my trip, I called up the hotel, to confirm, I was very rudely told by hotel manager, that no breakfast would be provided. I called up Bookings.com, their representative Marissa after prolonged discussion and repeated calls, told me that breakfast would be provided at hotel and issue resolved.
