Hotel O by OYO A Delight Residency — Hotel in Hyderabad

It was total cheating by Oyo and their collaborators Booking.com. The deal offered by bookings.com on the Oyo hotel in Hyderabad, namely A Delight Residency was for 2 nights, including breakfast for 3 people on 2 days. 2 days before leaving for my trip, I called up the hotel, to confirm, I was very rudely told by hotel manager, that no breakfast would be provided. I called up Bookings.com, their representative Marissa after prolonged discussion and repeated calls, told me that breakfast would be provided at hotel and issue resolved. On reaching hotel in Hyderabad, A Delight Residency, I was told no breakfast would be provided, I called up booking.com, and subsequently Oyo customer care, but both passed the buck to each other. I have give zero to them.Very rude behaviour . In goibibo price was 1300 but receptionist told she won't provide a room for online booking. They said they had a contract with Oyo so they would just show prices but won't provide a room for online price. She asked us to pay 1800 rupees but for 12 PM to 5AM . Upto 11AM she asked us to pay 2000. Actually rooms to be provided from 12pm to 11am . I don't understand what kind of rules do...

Worst experience the atmosphere not welcoming the manager is worse.
