Paradise Biryani | Vanasthalipuram — Restaurant in Hyderabad

This is one of the worst restaurant food I ever had! The items we ordered are utterly disappointing and tasteless! My next sentence can tell you the degree of worstness! A mediocre restaurant or non branded restaurant chef can do 1000 times better than what we had today. A street food vendor can do better than this.

This so called ‘Paradise’ restaurant very disappointing!

The creamy tomato soup has no cream and the soup is made out of a powder based one ,you can see that photo. It is very blunt in taste.

Paneer butter masala was even more disastrous and paneer didn’t get cooked properly, felt like the gravy was also made of some packet based one. It must be old and tangy in flavour. There is no enough butter or oil at all and other didn’t reach the temperature to cook food. It didn’t justify the dish name. Very pathetic.

"Paradise – known as the best place for biryani" unfortunately didn’t live up to its reputation during my recent visit. I ordered chicken biryani, but the experience was quite disappointing. The price felt on the higher side considering the portion size, which wasn’t even sufficient for one person with a light appetite. Most importantly, the taste didn’t meet expectations and it lacked the signature flavor that once made Paradise famous.

On a positive note, the atmosphere was pleasant and the service was prompt. There was just one staff member managing all the orders, and he handled everything politely and efficiently truly commendable.

Note for the management: Please consider improving the taste and portion of the biryani. Growing up, ‘Paradise’ was synonymous with authentic biryani, it would be wonderful to bring back that classic taste we...

Worst place to visit. Took 10mins before someone attended at the table. Once the order is placed, we were informed it would take 10mins for kebab but biryani would be served immediately. It took 35 mins for biryani to be served and another 10-15mins for kebab. Overall starters were served almost during desserts time. We had to ask and follow up for all the items in the order. They brought the check without serving the desert that way ordered. No one attends at the table. Highly over priced. One mutton biryani costs 415+tax which hardly serves even one person. Didn't even rate authentic biryani taste. Tried to speak to manager but was only attended by trainee manager who can hardly listen to and resolve any issues. Over all very very poor experience.
