Hotel Panchratan — Hotel in Hyderabad

Stay was good.Before booking I had given them a call to enquire whether can I check in early to which they agreed. Normally the Checkin starts at 12 pm but they did allow me at 8.30 AM.Thanks alot as I was driving with a kid.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 Some quick facts about the hotel: 1.The rooms are neat and clean but infrastructure is old. 2.They provide AC rooms with only a single wall fan👎👎👎👎👎 .It could be better. 3.The Hotel restaurant does not open during breakfast time it opens at 12 pm for lunch and closes at 11 pm in the night.One can have breakfast besides the hotel -Swati Coffee Shop.All types of breakfast are available at reasonable price. 4.Do not take non ac rooms as they are very hot and the room become humid during summers. 5.The staffs are cooperative. 6.Some staffs like the life persons and service staffs try to help you out and they expect some quick tips so act accordingly. 7.Hotel location is great. I went to this hotel for the first time today.

Seating for bigger group not comfortable: We were 9 adults and 2 kids of above 6 years. We were made to adjust and sit in the space for 8-9 people. Overall also, what I can say is that the searing arrangement is ok for smaller groups, but not bigger ones like ours. The number of total seats also wouldn't be more than 40-45 at a time. So, you may end up waiting during rush hours. When we were leaving at about 9-40pm, we saw atleast 20 people waiting outside.

Service: Service was faster compared to similar restaurants. Serving staff were OK, and looked to be more casual. However, the cutlery was not available properly. We had to ask for spoons as only forks were available on tables. We had to ask for finger bowls, which are given default everywhere.

Food Taste/Quality: Starters were very good. Currys were good. Tandoori roti and naans were good. Biryani was not good, there was more masala/curry in Biryani proportionate to rice.

Property is basic. which means the look and feel will also be basic owing to the money spent on furniture and fixtures. But all said and done, it is cleaned well daily, Room service in prompt and receptive, the ac in the room is superb, the television and the channels are great. A basic room with sufficient amenities and receptive staff. Bathrooms are clean but could be upgraded at least 2 levels up.||||Another good point of the hotel staff is whatever the hotel/restaurant doesn't sell, their staff is willing to get it from outside at NO PREMIUM COST.||For example, the hotel sells 1 liter water bottles. If you ask them to get 2 liter water bottles from outside, they will not.||But if you need shampoo, Sugar free (which the hotel doesn't provide), medicines, etc, the staff is ready to get you that.||||Food is out of the world.
