As usual I'm having a bad experience as I'm roaming around the PF Office for one of my personal detailed corrections. Currently this is an offline process as we need to provide required documents with employer signatures. If any one wants to do personal detail correction please follow the steps below, so that your work will be done faster and smoother. What ever documents asked by PF office, get the copies of documents. Submit the respective documents in your organization. The respective PF team in your office should attest the documents with signature, office stamp. There should be two set of copies before submitting in PF office as one for PF team another for your reference. Take both copies from employer, go to PF office. Search for PRO cabin, you might need to take entry pass to meet PRO. Show your two set of documents along with originals like SSC Memo, PAN Card, Aadhar Card. PRO should verify the originals, he will write on one set of documents as he verified the originals. Post to PRO, go to inward section, submit one of the copy which attested by PRO. Inward team will give you acknowledgement on the other copy which we are holding with us. The rest process is taken care by PF team.

Very very worst staff I must tell. Since the govt has changed the staff is also changed. And this new staff is least bothered about the people who has complains about pf. The staff goes for lunch atleast for two and more hours and no one is there to take any sort of incharge responsibility there. No fear of work and there is no cctv surveillance in the office rooms where the staff works. The pension staff is so horrible that they won't be available at their seats for hours . I REQUEST THE HIGH AUTHORITY TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION ON STAFF AND MAKE IT EASY FOR THE PEOPLE AND VALUE THE TIME AND EFFORTS OF THE PUBLIC. And moreover I also request to install the cctv cameras in this area so the high authority keep some eye on this staff doing timepass other than work.

And I mention that the watchman does so much of violence when I wanted to go to 3rd floor for pension details, he was behaving like cheap mental Ill person. Request to appoint educated security so that he has some kind of decency and manners to talk...
