After many months I visited again n ordered chicken special biryani , they kept veg biryani n on top chicken pieces n delivered , while eating realised n went to ask , u need to respect customer time this happed second time they did it , respect customers time atleast n pls train u r employees on customer service . Reckless answers n poor quality food n wrong items delivery .pls check parcel thoroughly. Mngr told it's mistake jst take anthe parcel it happens daily n it's common recklessanswere. We were given room in the upper floor. When we come from outside and want to go to the room, we have to enter into the Reception area first which is in front side portion of the building by using the front side lift, then walk into the backside portion and take the other lift to reach the 4th floor. This was inconvenient.||||The spring mattress has become old. It is very uncomfortable to have a good sleep.
