I wouldn't have even given them this one star if I had the option. I had paid for a paneer tikka pizza with extra cheese and specified that I need less spice. I was made to wait for a long time before they gave me a veg pizza with too much spice. When I asked, they said it was a mistake and that they would give me back whatever extra money was charged. But I told them that they gave me extra spice inspite of my insistence on wanting lesser spice, their justification was that nobody eats a less spicy pizza. How much spice the customer wants or doesn't want is none of their business. I told them I would not touch the highly spicy pizza that was given to me despite my specification. They wouldn't even pay me back. Utterly poor service, arrogant that they think they are too big to fail and that the customer can go to hell. They are like the GHMC, charging taxes but providing us with horrible roads. SREE BAKERS IS UTTERLY POOR SERVICE WITH AN ARROGANT MANAGER AND ARROGANT STAFF. Even the Beeramguda branch gave me a chicken roll inspite of me insisting several times that I had ordered vegetarian. It seems like a general trend among the Sree...

Please dont buy the Cakes Here as they will give wrongly. I have Ordered Eggless Cake but they had given Egg Cake which we found egg shell particals after eating the cake during Bhogi Festival day as my son Birthday is on Bhogi day which we dont want to eat Egg Cake on Festival day. Visited Sree Bakers this morning. Owner or Manager don't know who he is, didn't even care who is ahead in the queue. When I reminded him of the right way of doing the business, he didn't want to sell his product to me. He just walked me out saying he does not have change. This is second bad experience with the same person. He has got too much of attitude. Watch out for...
