New Hotel Suhail — Hotel in Hyderabad

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the New Hotel Suhail, and I must say, it was an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the impeccable service and the friendly nature of the staff. Here are some of the highlights of my stay:

Location: The hotel is conveniently located close to popular attractions like Charminar and Salarjung Museum. It was incredibly convenient to explore the city and visit these landmarks without having to travel too far.

Helpful Staff: The hotel staff were always available and ready to assist me with any requests or inquiries I had. Whether it was providing information about the local area or arranging transportation, they went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met.

Spacious and Clean Rooms: The rooms at New Hotel Suhail were both spacious and impeccably clean. I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Additionally, the availability of hot water 24/7 was a definite plus. The rooms also featured a television with a wide range of channels and unlimited Wi-Fi access, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Balcony in Most Rooms: One feature that I particularly enjoyed was the presence of balconies in most of the rooms. It was a great convenience to have a dedicated space to dry small clothes or simply relax and take in the city views.

Outside Food Allowed: While the hotel doesn't have its own kitchen, they are accommodating and allow guests to bring in outside food. They even provided proper plates and bowls, ensuring a comfortable dining experience.

Nearby Dining Options: For non-vegetarian food lovers, there is a fantastic restaurant called Grand Restaurants just 100 meters away from the hotel. The food there is not only reasonably priced but also incredibly delicious, making it a must-visit for those craving delectable non-vegetarian dishes.

Vegetarian and Breakfast Options: For those looking for vegetarian or breakfast options, the Suprabhat Hotel is a great choice. Located nearby, it offers a variety of delicious vegetarian dishes and a satisfying breakfast spread.

New Suhail hotel We had a pleasant experience. At Reception, Mr Adnan Ismi was super helpful for all our queries and for any requirement. Room shd 120 sqft approx which is good enough for the cost. 2 chair and a small table is provided to take food as there is no full time restaurant. There is a morning breakfast for i think 150/200 which we did not take. Accessibility to this place is little tough though OlA came to the location without any call for location. Hotel is well known in the locality. Nearby there is A restaurant named Grant, everybody refers that only. Its always fully crowded maybe bcas food is good for NonVeg. Vegetarian this hotel is not preferable. Another restaurant named is what locals were referring for Vegetarian. Chai and Biscuits bith Iraninan from Abids Chai nearby was very good. The owner also seems to the last generation of Iranian or Persian though could not have a chat with him. For Upma, Idli would refer to a small eatery nearby the hotel named Durga Hotel at the Junction, 150 meters from Suhail. Swami a person who helps us with parking, luggage and anything to buy is a super helpful person. The hotel is in a pure commercial area which generally closes by 8/9pm. So no noise at night. Only thing i noticed is that hot water they say will come but its just 1 or 2 degree from the plain water even after usage of 2buckets. Also No channels in TV, no Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam or Kannada. Only very few free channels. The owner can see if these both can be...

Totally disspointed! Reason? there are many, please read carefully before you plan to stay there.

They treat customers based on their appearance. To me there didn't fulfill my requests at all. the staff were rude and not good in behaviour. when you're booking ther're mentioning breakfast! no there is no breakfast when I stays there. Balcony have pipe water dropping issue, which makes the balcony floor always wet, me and my wife almost slip and fall once. We're having 4 years daughter with us. Thank god she didn't went there before us. Pictures are attached. Room's door, above the door there is a transom window. Which is not fixed properly. Safety wise I don't feel good and safe. Pictures are attached. Room to Balcony windows have lot of dust, it's uncleaned. Unfortunately I didn't click picture of that.

Overall it was a bad stay for me, I don't need any sorry/ apologies from team hotel suhail. Instead please improve and stop discrimination! based on color, class, appearance & age. Still if anyone going to stay there, don't ever stay in ROOM 202. Room was fine, has to be fine at that price (2500/night), location is not fine if you gonna walk. Regarding Amenties, room cleaning service not good many times we needs to tell them and still they will do it when we're not there in the room, which I don't feel ok.

Update : Supervisor and others called me to assure improvements and offer me 500 coupon or cashback which I declined.

I don't need any coupon or cashback, nor we will come & stays...
